Nancy Abraham

Nancy has always loved being at the beach. After purchasing her first home on 30A back in May of 2002 (when Seaside was still a baby), her interest in the 30A lifestyle continued to grow. Becoming a full time local in 2016, her love the area lead her to property sales and property management. Nancy’s previous career was a 20-year run as a successful entrepreneur and business owner; specializing in providing consulting and technology training services to Fortune 100 and 500 clients. My outstanding communication ability is a skill developed over years of keeping projects on-time and within budget for my clients. Furthermore, Nancy’s excellent project management and communication skill are the perfect combination for helping customers buy, sell, or rent along 30A. Nancy also is also involved in two local community homeowners’ associations and manages 20 rental properties along 30A with her team at Kismet Properties of 30A. She is also the social director in her neighborhood association which gives her an outlet to bring people together as well as be involved in community non-profits. Having been in the area since 2002, Nancy understands the local market and is particularly adept at finding and managing income-generating properties.
